Denis McDonald is Senior Vice President for The Polyclinic and Executive Director of Physician Care Alliance and Physicians Care Network. Mr. McDonald has been closely involved in the crafting, formation, growth and operations of PCA, lending leadership and vision every step of the way. The Polyclinic is a multi-specialty physician owned group practice comprised of 230 physicians and allied healthcare providers, encompassing 29 specialties. Mr. McDonald is responsible for Revenue Cycle, customer service, coding, compliance, HIPAA, physician compensation and Managed Care (Physicians Care Network). From 1993 to 2001, Mr. McDonald served as Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer for the University Physicians Associates located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for the faculty group practice at the Tufts University School of Medicine. His experience spans over thirty years, working primarily in Washington D.C. and Boston. He received a BS in Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and he was a Master’s Degree Candidate in Health Services Administration at Central Michigan University in Fairfax, Virginia.
Mary Anderson, MD
Chief Clinical Integration and Quality Officer
Dr. Mary Anderson is the Chief Clinical Integration and Quality Officer for the Polyclinic, Physician Care Alliance, and Physicians Care Network. Dr. Anderson joined PCA after serving as the Medical Director of Population Health at Valence Health in Chicago, IL. As the senior clinician in the division, Dr. Anderson’s primary role was managing the development of tools and processes for clients implementing a clinically integrated network. Prior to her work with Valence Health, Dr. Anderson spent 10 years developing the successful Clinically Integrated Network, Rush Health, in Chicago.
Dr. Anderson has 20 years of experience as an internist at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Anderson has a special interest in general primary care, primary and secondary disease prevention and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Anderson received her undergraduate degree in biology and psychology at the University of Denver, her Master of Science in neuroscience at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She received her medical degree at Rush Medical College, and completed her internal medicine residency at Rush University Medical Center.
Gena Tadych, MBA, RN, OTR/L, CPHQ
Director of Quality and Practice Transformation
As the Director of Quality and Practice Transformation, Gena Tadych champions Physician Care Alliance’s commitment to a patient-centered model of care, plays a key role in assessing and onboarding new practices and networks, and works closely with PCA, physician leadership and clinical practices to facilitate the highest levels of performance in clinical care quality, outcomes, and efficiency.
Gena has over 20 years of diverse experience in public and private sector healthcare including providing inpatient and outpatient clinical care, clinic leadership, program development, patient safety/risk management, quality, data analytics, value based purchasing and performance improvement.
Gena received her OT degree at the University of North Dakota, her BSN at Colorado Mesa University and her MBA at University of Nevada, Reno. In addition, she is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and has a LEAN Green Belt in process improvement.
Jeffrey Wright, RN, BSN, CCM
Director of Care Management
Jeffrey Wright is responsible for managing all activities related to Care Management Services, including Referral Management, Utilization Management, Case Management, the Care Advantage Program, the Extended Care Team and the Transitions of Care program. Jeffrey oversees health plan delegated functions and assures compliance with NCQA, Federal and State regulatory standards, and health plan requirements.
Jeffrey provides oversight to a team of nurses to develop, implement and document these programs which include patient goal setting, appropriate level of care, utilization management, and managing patient costs while improving patient outcomes.
Jeffrey’s goal is to help guide patients down a path of success in new and inventive ways when it comes to their health and wellness. His training and experience in motivational coaching makes him an excellent facilitator for patients and staff in identifying and implementing solutions.
Jeffrey attended the University of Washington to complete his Registered Nurse and Bachelors in Nursing degrees. His additional training includes experience as an Army medic, certified medical assistant, LPN, case management certification, and motivational coaching certification.
Manager, Population Health Management Systems
Kim joined The Polyclinic in 2012. Her current role is the Manager of Population Health Management Systems for The Polyclinic, Physician Care Alliance (PCA) and Physicians Care Network (PCN). Kim provides leadership in the implementation and deployment of a scalable project methodology for expanding the utilization and effectiveness of Population Health Management systems, and ensuring ease of execution across the businesses. Previously she led the Care Innovations Project implementing Phytel and Verisk for The Polyclinic.
Kim has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology working in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Government and Education. Projects include ASC system replacement, digital asset evidence system, mobile connectivity for public safety vehicles, learning management system and permitting records system.
Kim received her undergraduate degree in Business from Western Washington University.
Manager of Finance and Analytics
As the Manager of Finance and Analytics for Physician Care Alliance and Physicians Care Network, David leads the analytics and financial management efforts for both entities. His team supports the execution of operations through data analysis and reporting, as well as budgeting and forecasting to support business strategy and maintain financial prudence. In addition, David works with provider groups and health plans to negotiate contracts.
David has experience in both provider and payer environments, having started his career in Finance at a Medicaid managed care organization.
David received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
Provider and Payer Relations Manager
As the Provider and Payer Relations Manager for Physician Care Alliance (PCA) and Physicians Care Network (PCN), Sarah facilitates effective communication and collaboration between participating provider organizations, health insurance plan personnel, and the PCA and PCN teams. In addition to serving as lead liaison between provider groups and partners, she manages network inquiries and maintains provider rosters; oversees projects that require data exchange; and ensures all parties understand and meet contractual obligations.
Sarah brings extensive knowledge of institutional players and processes to her role, having supported PCA since its inception. She first joined PCN as a Project Coordinator in 2012 and has a diverse background in project and office management across multiple industries.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and a health coaching certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
